Express UK delivery (next business day by royal mail special delivery) £7.95

When should I choose Express Delivery ?

If you need your breathalyser really fast choose express delivery.

The express delivery option is available at checkout on all breathalyzers & test kits. your order will be given prioity packing & dispatch. We then use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. This guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm for orders dispatched during working hours Monday to Thursday.

If you place your order on a Friday before 4.30pm this guarantees delivery by 1pm Monday. If you place your order over a weekend it will be given priority packing Monday am and dispatch on the Monday afternoon into our first postal collection with delivery before 1pm on the Tuesday

As professional medical suppliers we know that confidentiality is very important to our customers.
All our outer packaging is discreet brown padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logo's

How do I check on the status of my order ?

We aim to get your order into the next royal mail collection available after you order is received.

Your order will be processed and you will be sent an e-mail notification that we have received the order and are processing it.You will then receive another e-mail notifying you when the goods have been dispatched.

Is a signature required on delivery ?

1st class recorded, express delivery & courier delivery will always require a signature on delivery.

Standard parcel delivery may not require a signature but we reserve the right to upgrade the delivery service to signed for. Many of our larger packs do require a signature at delivery.

Where a "signed for" service is used, we can e-mail the parcel reference number if required.

What do I do if my order has not arrived ?

Standard delivery orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.

Express delivery orders not received next working day Monday to Friday should be notified to customer services by e-mail or telephone.

Make sure you enter a valid e-mail address when placing your order

Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering. This is our main route for communicating with you and you will recieve all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.

An office hours telephone number is also helpful, in case of any difficulties with your order.

When should I choose UK Courier Delivery ?

This option is best for very large orders to drug teams, hospitals, GP surgeries, businesses etc
You can select courier delivery for just £9.50 at checkout stage

We aim to get your order into the next courier collection available after you order is received however this does not guarantee next day delivery.If you require the goods urgently please select the express delivery option at the checkout.

No Quibble 28 Days Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble 28 days returns policy if you change your mind or your circumstances change.Any unopened breathalyzers or test kits may be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund.

Please note that, once opened and or used, breathalyzers & tests kits cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty.For advice on returning faulty equipment please see below
