FREE UK breathalyser delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Parcel Service.
We dispatch during office hours, on the day you order, up to 5pm.
All our outer packaging is dicreet brown padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logo's
We do not charge you more for higher value orders and will upgrade the shipping to a fully insured service at no cost to you.
We understand our duty is to deliver the goods to you, and do not expect the shipping to be "at your risk"
We aim to get your order into the next royal mail collection available after you order is received.
Your order will be processed and you will be sent an e-mail notification that we have received the order and are processing it.You will then receive another e-mail notifying you when the goods have been dispatched.
EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS
Need your breathalyser really fast ? For time critical breathalyser deliveries we offer our Express Delivery option at checkout on all products. This guarantees next working day delivery for orders dispatched during working hours. For breathalysers required urgently we are recommending this selection from as little as £4.95 per order. Our first class delivery remains FREE

We aim to get your order into the next royal mail collection available after you order is received however this does not guarantee next day delivery.If you require the goods urgently please select the express delivery option at the checkout.
Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.
PLEASE NOTE ~ Many of our larger packs require a signature at delivery. Where a "signed for" service is used, we can e-mailed the parcel reference number if the delivery does not arrive within 72 hrs.
Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering. This is our main route for communicating with you and you will recieve all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
